Research on the Standardization Construction of High-voltage Bushings
高压套管是电网建设的关键设备之一,开展高压套管标准化建设研究对提高电网运行安全水平具有重要意义.本文通过对高压套管技术现状和标准化现状进行梳理,提出了高压套管标准体系构建思路和流程,系统分析了高压套管标准体系的结构和构成要素,提出了高压套管标准体系架构设计方案.新构建的高压套管标准体系包括基础通用、产品规范、运维检修共3个大类和13个小类,涵盖了高压套管从设计选用到运行维护全生命周期的各个阶段.研究结论可为后续高压套管标准化工作提供依据和参考.
High-voltage bushings are one of the key equipment in power grid construction.Conducting research on the construction of standards system for high-voltage bushings is of great significance for improving the safety of power grid operation.This paper summarizes the current status of technology and standardization of high-voltage bushings,establishes the ideas and processes for constructing a standards system for high-voltage bushings,systematically analyzes the structure and constituent elements of the standard system for high-voltage bushings,and proposes a design scheme for the architecture of the standards system.The newly established standards system for high-voltage bushings includes three major categories and 13 subcategories including basic and general rules,product specifications,and operation and maintenance.It covers all stages of the entire lifecycle of high-voltage bushings from design and selection to operation and maintenance.The research conclusions can provide a basis and reference for subsequent standardization work of high-voltage bushings.
