医疗纠纷是每个医疗工作者都可能遇到的事件.导致医疗纠纷的因素有多种,其中护患沟通不畅、出现失误是最常见、也最应该避免的原因.因此,加强护患沟通语言与行为规范培训,已成为提高护理质量的重要措施.本文通过对沟通不畅导致医疗纠纷的成因进行介绍,分析了甘肃省武威市凉州区松树镇卫生院护患沟通标准化语言与行为规范培训的理念、优势和目前存在的问题,提出通过学习提高护士自身素质及综合能力,使每位护士在日常工作中严格按照护患沟通标准化语言与行为规范执行,从而使患者得到更加优质的服务,取得良好的护理效果.

Medical disputes are events that every medical worker may encounter.There are various factors that lead to medical disputes.Among them,poor communication between nurses and patients and mistakes are the most common causes of medical disputes and also the ones that should be avoided the most.Therefore,strengthening the training of language and behavioral norms for nurse-patient communication has become an important measure to improve the quality of nursing.This article introduces the causes of medical disputes due to poor communication,analyzes the concept,advantages and current problems of the training on standardized language and behavioral norms for nurse-patient communication in the Songshu Town Health Center,Liangzhou District,Wuwei City,Gansu Province,and proposes to improve the quality and comprehensive ability of nurses through learning,which enables each nurse to strictly follow the standardized language and behavioral norms for nurse-patient communication in their daily work,so that patients can receive better services and achieve good nursing results.
