Research on the Hospitalization Expense Standards for Medical Insurance Patients with Digestive System Diseases Based on DRG
目的:研究了基于DRG的消化系统疾病医保患者住院费用标准.方法:使用了决策树CHAID卡方自动交互验证方法,以2024年1月—2024年12月徐州市第一人民医院收治的4329例消化系统医保出院患者为研究对象,进行分类组合,探讨其应用结果.结果:从消化系统疾病诊断分组情况以及住院费用进行分析,疾病分组节点有3个,以9个特征指标为自变量.结论:该研究为促进DRG在医保管理中的进一步应用,以及为医院医保收费管理提供参考.
Objective:To analyze the hospitalization expense standards for medical insurance patients with digestive system diseases based on DRG.Methods:Taking the period from January 2024 to December 2024 as the research period,4,329 patients with digestive system diseases who were discharged from Xuzhou First People's Hospital under medical insurance were selected as the research objects.The decision tree CHAID chi-square automatic interaction test was fully applied for classification and combination,and the application results were explored.Results:Based on the analysis of the diagnosis grouping of digestive system diseases and hospitalization costs,there are 3 disease grouping nodes,with 9 characteristic indicators as independent variables.Conclusion:This study aims to promote the further application of DRG in medical insurance management and provide a reference for hospital medical insurance charge management.
