Advances in Carrier Drug Delivery Systems Based on Cyclodextrins Structural Modification
溶解度和渗透性是影响药物成药性的关键因素之一.近年来,基于环糊精(Cyclodextrins,CDs)及其衍生物的递送策略因其在改善药物性能方面的显著优势而备受关注.CDs是一种具有内部疏水、外部亲水结构的环状低聚糖,经化学修饰、超分子化学修饰或功能化修饰后的衍生物,不仅能有效解决药物溶解度和渗透性问题,同时还可提高药物递送的靶向性或刺激响应性,实现药物的智能化、精准化递送.本文阐释了CDs结构修饰策略,系统总结了CDs结构修饰在药物递送系统中的应用,并探讨当前面临的挑战,旨在为推动基于CDs的载体给药系统深入研究与转化应用提供有益参考.
Poor solubility and permeability are among the key factors affectingthe drugability of pharmaceuticals.In recent years,drug delivery strategies based on cyclodextrins(CDs)and their derivatives have garnered significant attention due to their remarkable advantages in improving drug properties.CDs are cyclic oligosaccharides with an internal hydrophobic external hydrophilic structure.Its derivatives,obtained through chemical modification,supramolecular chemistry modifications,or functionalization,can not only effectively address issues related to drug solubility and permeability but also enhance the targeting or stimulus responsiveness of drug delivery,enabling intelligent and precise drug delivery.This article elucidates the structural modification strategies of cyclodextrins,systematically summarizes the applications of these modifications in drug delivery systems,and discusses current challenges,aiming to provide valuable insights for promoting in-depth research and translational applications of CD-based carrier delivery systems.
