织物抗氧化性能测试方法的研究与应用OA
Research and application of testing methods for fabric antioxidant performance
采用DPPH自由基法,通过调整DPPH自由基浓度、振荡时间、振荡温度、织物颜色以及DPPH乙醇溶液用量等多个参数,对织物的抗氧化性能进行了全面测试.结果表明:为了准确评估织物的抗氧化性能,建议使用DPPH自由基浓度30 μmol/L、DPPH乙醇溶液25 mL、振荡时间60 min、振荡温度25℃进行实验.此外,在选择测试样本时,织物颜色不是一个需要特别关注的因素.这些参数的设置可以确保测试的准确性和可靠性,为织物的抗氧化性能评估提供了依据.
The DPPH radical method was adopted.Multiple parameters including DPPH radical concentra-tion,oscillation duration,oscillation temperature,fabric color and dosage of DPPH ethanol solution were adjust-ed to comprehensively test the antioxidant properties of fabrics.The results indicate that to accurately evalu-ate the antioxidant properties of fabrics,experiments should be conducted under the following conditions:DPPH radical concentration of 30 μmol/L,DPPH ethanol solution 25 mL,oscillation time 60 min,oscillation temperature 25℃.Furthermore,when selecting test samples,fabric color is not a factor that requires special attention.The setting of these parameters can ensure the accuracy and reliability of testing,providing a scien-tific basis for evaluating the antioxidant performance of fabrics.
