本研究选取石蜡和烷基烯酮二聚体(AKD)两种小分子疏水组分,通过乳化制备小分子石蜡乳液和AKD乳液.所得乳液通过轧-烘-焙的整理工艺对棉、锦纶、涤纶3种针织物进行防水整理.通过单因素实验考察了乳液用量、乳液复配、催化剂种类及用量对织物防水性能、接触角、断裂强力的影响.结果表明,使用两种小分子疏水乳液复配(用量为80 g/L),催化剂10%的硫酸铝(用量为12 g/L)时,3种织物的防水性能均为5级,接触角均大于120°.色差测试结果表明,AKD乳液整理的色变大于石蜡乳液,耐洗性测试结果表明,同种织物上AKD乳液整理的耐洗次数高于石蜡乳液.

In this study,two small-molecule hydrophobic components,paraffin wax and alkyl ketene di-mer(AKD),were selected to prepare paraffin wax emulsion and AKD emulsion via emulsification.The ob-tained emulsions were applied to three types of knitted fabrics(cotton,nylon,and polyester)for waterproof fin-ishing through a pad-dry-cure process.Single-factor experiments were conducted to investigate the effects of emulsion dosage,emulsion blending,as well as catalyst type and dosage on the waterproof performance,contact angle,and breaking strength of the fabrics.The results showed that when the two blended small-mol-ecule hydrophobic emulsions were used at a dosage of 80 g/L,with 10%aluminum sulfate as the catalyst at a dosage of 12 g/L,all three fabrics achieved a waterproof rating of Grade 5 and contact angles greater than 120°.Color difference tests indicated that fabrics finished with AKD emulsion exhibited a greater color change than those finished with paraffin wax emulsion.Washing durability tests revealed that fabrics finished with AKD emulsion had a higher number of wash cycles than the same fabrics finished with paraffin wax emulsion.
