吸色片在衣物洗涤中防串色性能及作用机理OA
Anti-color transfer performance and mechanism of color-absorbing sheets during clothing washing
为解决衣物洗涤过程中串色、褪色难题,系统研究了吸色片对不同类型染料的吸附特性、对不同材质衣物褪色的抑制效果及混洗场景下的防串色性能.通过吸光度测试、K/S值测定等,探究了吸色片对直接、还原、活性、酸性等9类染料的吸附上限,分析了棉、羊毛、涤纶、牛仔等材质及不同颜色衣物的褪色规律,对比了单洗与混洗场景下吸色片的防串色效果.结果表明:吸色片对染料的吸附能力与染料结构密切相关,对活性、酸性、硫化染料的吸附量较高(最高达26.192 mg),对靛蓝、涂料染料的吸附能力较差(最低仅0.025 6 mg);衣物褪色量与材质和颜色深度相关,深色棉织物、牛仔布褪色最显著;单洗场景下,吸色片可使棉、羊毛、涤纶衬布的沾色K/S值大幅下降(最大降幅达65.7%),混洗场景下能有效吸附游离染料,降低局部色斑形成概率;吸色片通过物理吸附与化学作用结合的方式捕获水中的游离染料,从而阻断染料在衣物间的转移.该研究为吸色片产品的优化升级提供了数据支撑,也为衣物防串色洗涤技术标准的制定奠定了基础.
To address the problems of color transfer and fading during clothing washing,this study system-atically investigated the adsorption characteristics of color-absorbing sheets for different types of dyes,the in-hibitory effect on color fading of different material clothing,and the anti-color transfer performance in mixed washing scenarios.Through methods such as absorbance testing and K/S value determination,the upper limit of adsorption by color-absorbing sheets for nine types of dyes including direct,reducing,reactive,and acid dyes was explored.The fading patterns of cotton,wool,polyester,and denim materials and different colored clothing were analyzed.The anti-color transfer effects of color-absorbing sheets in single-washing and mixed-washing scenarios were compared.The results showed that the adsorption capacity of color-absorb-ing sheets for dyes was closely related to the dye structure.The adsorption amounts of reactive,acid,and sulfur dyes were relatively high(up to 26.192 mg),while the adsorption capacity of indigo and coating dyes was rela-tively low(minimum 0.025 6 mg).The amount of clothing fading was related to the material and color depth,with dark cotton fabrics and denim fabrics having the most significant fading.In the single-washing scenario,color-absorbing sheets could reduce the K/S value of color transfer on cotton,wool,and polyester substrates,with a maximum reduction of 65.7%.In the mixed-washing scenario,they could effectively adsorb free dyes and reduce the probability of local color spots formation.Color-absorbing sheets captured free dyes in water through a combination of physical adsorption and chemical action,thereby blocking the transfer of dyes be-tween clothing.This study provided data support for the optimization and upgrading of color-absorbing sheet products and laid a foundation for the formulation of clothing anti-color transfer washing technology standards.
