在"双碳"目标引导纺织印染行业绿色转型的背景下,传统高温皂洗工艺由于高能效损耗和高碳排放,已无法满足可持续发展要求,研发高效低温皂洗剂成为行业热点.本文综述了生物酶低温皂洗技术应用、高分子复配体系防沾性能、矿物材料改性助剂的研发和应用,并分析了物理场辅助强化低温净洗技术、功能性单体改性高分子助剂研发、差异化固色原理驱动的净洗优化等发展趋势,以期为印染企业实现节能降耗提供技术参考.

Against the backdrop of the"Dual Carbon"goals guiding the green transition of the textile printing and dyeing industry,traditional high-temperature soaping processes can no longer meet sustainability requirements due to high energy consumption and carbon emissions.Consequently,the development of high-efficiency low-temperature soaping agents has become a key area of research within the industry.This paper reviews the development and application of additives,including the application of low-temperature enzymatic soaping technology,the anti-fouling properties of polymer blending systems,and the development and appli-cation of mineral-based modified additives.It also analyses emerging trends such as physical field-assisted low-temperature soaping technology,the development of polymer additives modified with functional mono-mers,and the optimization of soaping processes driven by differentiated colour-fixing principles,with the aim of providing technical guidance to dyeing and printing enterprises in achieving energy conservation and re-duced consumption.
