Design and Construction Technology of Surface Waterproofing for Panel Dams in High-altitude Region
止水系统是混凝土面板堆石坝防渗体系中关键的环节.为了适应坝体的沉降变形,面板坝需设置各类结构缝,而高寒地区在水位变动区面层止水及固定件易遭到冻胀的破坏而失去固定作用.某抽蓄电站堆石坝工程采用面板坝表面设沉埋式止水结构,表面塑性填料采用成型一体机直接施工,同时对所有结构缝及水位变动区涂刷聚脲,确保面层止水免遭冻冰破坏.该电站蓄水后经两个完整冻融监测表明,此项技术在高寒地区面板坝的工程应用中有一定的优越性.
The water stop system is a key component of the anti-seepage system in concrete face rockfill dams.In order to adapt to the settlement and deformation of the dam body,various structural joints need to be set up for the panel dam.However,in high-altitude areas where the water level changes,the surface layer waterproofing and fixing components are easily damaged by frost heave and lose their fixing function.The rock fill dam project of a certain pumped storage power station adopts a submerged water stop structure on the surface of the panel dam,and the surface plastic filling is directly constructed using a molding machine.At the same time,polyurea is applied to all structural joints and water level fluctuation areas to ensure that the surface water stop is not damaged by freezing ice.After the power station was filled with water,two complete freeze-thaw monitoring tests showed that this technology has certain advantages in the engineering application of panel dams in high-altitude areas.
