超声波辅助乙醇提取花生茎叶中芳樟醇的工艺研究OA
Research on the Process of Extracting Linalool from Peanut Stems and Leaves Using Ultrasound-Assisted Ethanol Extraction
探究超声波辅助乙醇提取花生茎叶中萜烯类化合物芳樟醇的工艺及最佳提取条件.通过单因素和四因素三水平 L9(34)正交试验,对原料粒径、提取温度、超声时间和乙醇体积分数进行了探究.结果表明,最佳提取条件为:花生茎叶干燥粉末粒径 425 μm、提取温度 60℃、提取时间 60 min、乙醇体积分数 70%,此时芳樟醇得率达0.61%.
This study focused on investigating the process and the optimal extraction conditions for terpene compounds,namely linalool from the stems and leaves of peanuts(Arachis hypogaea L.),using ultrasonic assistance in ethanol extraction.Through single-factor and four-factor three-level L9(34)orthogonal experiments,the particle size of the raw materials,extraction temperature,ultrasonic time,and ethanol volume fraction were investigated.The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions were as follow:particle size 425 μm,extraction temperature 60℃,extraction time 60 min,and ethanol volume fraction 70%.At this point,the yield of linalool reached 0.61%.
