高浓度氟污染对人类健康构成严重威胁,其主要来源为氟基化学品的现代工业生产过程,包括铝电解、磷肥生产、钢铁冶炼、煤化工及半导体制造等行业.系统梳理了典型工业氟污染现状及排放标准,重点综述了沉淀法、吸附法、膜分离法(含纳滤、反渗透、电渗析)、离子交换法及电化学法等主要除氟技术的原理、效率及优缺点.进一步探讨了氟化物去除技术的当前发展和未来趋势,为未来的研究方向提供思路.

High-concentration fluoride pollution poses a severe threat to human health,and its primary sources are the modern industrial produc-tion processes of fluorine-based chemicals,including aluminum electrolysis,phosphate fertilizer production,iron and steel smelting,coal chemical engineering,and semiconductor manufacturing.This paper systematically sorts out the current status and discharge standards of typical industrial fluoride pollution,and focuses on reviewing the principles,treatment efficiencies,as well as advantages and disadvantages of mainstream deflu-orination technologies,such as precipitation,adsorption,membrane separation(including nanofiltration,reverse osmosis,and electrodialysis),ion exchange,and electrochemical methods.On this basis,the current development and future trends of fluoride removal technologies are further dis-cussed,which provides insights for future research directions.
