煤基化学品发展现状研究OA
Research on the Current Development Status of Coal-Based Chemicals
煤炭作为我国储量丰富的基础能源与化工原料,其清洁高效转化利用具有重要意义.煤制烯烃、煤制乙二醇、煤制天然气是实现煤炭资源向高附加值化学品与清洁能源转化的关键路径.介绍了3 种工艺的生产方法:煤制烯烃通过煤炭气化制备合成气,进而生成甲醇,经甲醇制烯烃(MTO、MTP)实现烯烃制备;草酸酯法是目前国内备受关注的煤制乙二醇技术;煤制天然气以合成气甲烷化反应为核心,完成煤炭向替代天然气的转化.同时,详细梳理了各工艺的发展现状,虽已规模化生产,但仍面临能效提升、碳减排、成本控制等共性挑战.为煤基化学品产业的高质量发展提供了依据.
As a basic energy source and chemical raw material with abundant reserves in China,coal's clean and efficient conversion and utiliza-tion are of great significance.Coal-to-olefins,coal-to-ethylene glycol,and coal-to-natural gas are key pathways for transforming coal resources into high-value-added chemicals and clean energy.This article introduces the production methods of these three processes:coal-to-olefins involves coal gasification to produce syngas,which is then converted into methanol,followed by methanol-to-olefins(MTO,MTP)for olefin production;the oxalate ester method is currently a widely discussed technology for coal-to-ethylene glycol in China;coal-to-natural gas centers on the methana-tion of syngas,completing the conversion of coal into substitute natural gas.Meanwhile,this article provides a detailed overview of the current de-velopment status of each process.Although these technologies have reached industrial scale,they still face common challenges such as improving energy efficiency,reducing carbon emissions,and controlling costs.This article provides a basis for the high-quality development of the coal-based chemical industry.
