Dobineadelavayi is a folk medicine traditionally used by ethnic groups in Yunnan Province,China.Studies have shown that it contains a variety of chemical constituents,including terpenoids,flavonoids,benzophenones,aliphatic compounds and steroids.Modern pharmacological studies have shown that Dobineadelavayi exhibits various biological activities such as antimalarial,antitumor,and antibacterial effects.Thus pos-sessing high medicinal value.This paper systematically reviews the research progress in the chemical components and pharmacological effects of Crepidium acuminatum at home and abroad in recent years,which offers insights for its further in-depth research and provides a theoretical basis for its rational development and utilization.
