动态心电图心率变异性指标与冠心病并慢性心衰患者心功能分级的相关性分析OA

Objective To analyze the correlations of heart rate variability(HRV)indicators of dynamic electrocardiography with cardiac function classification in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)complicated with chronic heart failure(CHF).Methods A total of 108 CHD patients admitted to our hospital from January 2024 to June 2025 were enrolled and divided into the combined group(n=46)and the non-combined group(n=62)according to whether they were complicated with CHF.75 healthy subjects who underwent physical examination in our hospital during the same period were selected as the healthy group.The HRV indicators(SDNN,rMSSD,TRI,and PNN50)were detected and compared among the three groups.According to the New York Heart Association functional classification,patients with CHD complicated with CHF were divided into grade Ⅱ group(22 cases),grade Ⅲ group(14 cases)and grade Ⅳ group(10 cases),and the HRV indicators were compared among the three subgroups.Pearson correlation analysis was adopted to explore the correlations between HRV indicators and cardiac functional classification of patients.Results The levels of SDNN,rMSSD,TRI and PNN50 in the combined group were significantly lower than those in the non-combined group and the healthy group(P<0.05).The above four HRV indicators in the grade Ⅳ group were significantly lower than those in the grade Ⅲ and grade Ⅱ groups(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that SDNN,rMSSD,TRI and PNN50 were all negatively correlated with cardiac functional classification(P<0.05).Conclusions HRV indicators of dynamic electrocardiography are closely negatively correlated with cardiac functional classification of patients with CHD complicated by CHF,which deserve high clinical attention.
