教育科技人才一体发展是中国式现代化的重要战略支撑.这要求必须依托教学实践,将教育教学内容、科技创新过程与人才成长支持体系有机联结,以面向现实世界的复杂任务为载体,系统培育学生的创新能力等高阶素养,其内在要求学生主体能动性、场域边界开放性、创新生成过程性与学习发展持续性的协同共进.基于系统论视角与发展愿景擘画,面向教育科技人才一体发展的教学改革,应充分彰显课堂教学的主阵地战略价值,立足复杂实践问题的认知逻辑推进教学本体建设,以创新能力系统重构教学过程,以数智具身技术重塑教学实践场.这一新型教学形态,需要依托跨场域联动,再造整体呈现复杂任务的学习空间,调适基于人机协同的多元责任主体关系,以自适应逻辑全面激活学生发展的内生动力,并通过以"导向—框架"为内核的制度设计,促进学生学习意义的创生,从而系统回应教育科技人才一体发展的时代要求.

The integrated development of education,science and technology,and talent is a strategic pillar of Chinese modern-ization.It should be grounded in teaching practice,through which educational content,processes of scientific and technological inno-vation,and support systems for talent development are organically connected.With real-world complex tasks as the carrier,teaching can systematically cultivate students' innovative capacity and other higher-order competencies.This process requires the coordinated advancement of student agency,openness across learning contexts,the process-oriented nature of innovation generation,and the con-tinuity of learning and development.From the perspective of systems theory and a future-oriented developmental vision,teaching re-form aimed at the integrated development of education,science and technology,and talent should fully recognize the strategic role of classroom teaching as the main arena of educational practice.It should advance the reconstruction of teaching based on the cognitive logic of complex practical problems,redesign teaching processes through the systematic cultivation of innovative capacity,and reshape teaching practice through digital and intelligent embodied technologies.This emerging form of teaching requires cross-context collabo-ration to reconstruct learning spaces that can represent complex tasks in an integrated manner,recalibrate multi-stakeholder relation-ships based on human-machine collaboration,activate students' internal motivation for development through adaptive mechanisms,and promote the generation and creation of learning meaning through institutional design centered on"orientation-framework"guid-ance.In doing so,teaching can systematically respond to the contemporary demand for the integrated development of education,sci-ence and technology,and talent.
