The Theoretical Construction and Practical Path of Distributive Justice for Private Enterprises under the New Development Pattern:A Contemporary Interpretation Based on Marx's Critique of the Gotha Program

分配正义是民营经济高质量发展与共同富裕目标实现的关键契合点,更是民营企业在新发展格局下践行社会责任、激发内生动力的核心命题.立足社会主义初级阶段基本分配制度,以马克思《哥达纲领批判》中的分配理论为根本遵循,结合民营企业发展的时代特征,其分配正义的核心要义可凝练为劳动优先、资本合规、机会公平、社会共享四维框架.本文从理论溯源、内涵界定、现实梗阻、实践路径四个维度,系统阐释新发展格局下民营企业分配正义的构建逻辑,提出"企业机制创新—制度保障强化—社会协同推进"的三位一体实现路径,为民营企业平衡效率与公平、破解分配矛盾提供理论参考与实践指引.

Distributive justice is crucial for the development of a high-quality private economy and the realization of the goal of common prosperity.It is also essential for private enterprises to fulfill their social responsibilities and stimulate endogenous momentum under the new development pattern.Based on the primary stage of socialism's basic distribution system,guided by Marx's theory of distribution in Critique of the Gotha Programme and considering contemporary private enterprise development characteristics,the core essence of distributive justice can be summarized in a four-dimensional framework:labor priority,capital compliance,fair opportunity and social sharing.This paper systematically elucidates the construction logic of distributive justice for private enterprises under the new development pattern from four dimensions:theoretical foundations,conceptual definition,practical obstacles and implementation paths.It also proposes a tripartite,integrated realization path encompassing"enterprise mechanism innovation,institutional guarantee reinforcement,and social coordination promotion",providing both theoretical reference and practical guidance to help private enterprises balance efficiency and equity,and resolve distributive conflicts.
