随着信息技术的快速发展,短视频凭借生动直观、互动性强的特点,逐渐成为社会规范性传播与认同建构的重要媒介.在数字交往中,用户通过直接拍摄、分享规范性导向的视频内容,或在互动中通过态度表述引导规范认知.然而,由于短视频的碎片化传播、情绪化互动、算法逐利性及交往不平等等因素,伦理规范生成的基础从共识共建逐渐转向片面输出,用户在短视频交往中面临复杂的规范认知困境.为修复规范性传播的健康基础,需要加强内容管理,优化算法推荐逻辑,并培养用户的媒介素养,以确保规范性内容的有效传播与认同.

As information technology has developed rapidly,short videos have gradually become an important medium for disseminating social norms and constructing collective identity thanks to their vivid,intuitive and highly interactive nature.In digital interactions,users either directly produce and share normatively oriented video content,or shape normative cognition through attitudinal expressions embedded in their interactions.However,due to fragmented dissemination,emotionally driven interactions,algorithm-driven profit orientation and unequal participation in short video interactions,the foundation of ethical norm generation has shifted from consensus building to one-sided output.This leaves users facing a complex dilemma in normative cognition.In order to restore a healthy basis for normative communication,it is necessary to strengthen content management,optimize the algorithmic recommendation logic and cultivate users'media literacy,thereby ensuring the effective dissemination and recognition of normative content.
