高温胁迫下不同烤烟品种的生理响应及耐热性综合评价OA
Comprehensive evaluation of physiological responses and heat tolerance in different flue-cured tobacco cultivars under high-temperature stress
[目的]探究高温胁迫对不同烤烟品种的生理影响并评估其耐热性表现.[方法]以翠碧1号(CB-1)、云烟121(Y121)、云烟116(Y116)、NX212、NC102为研究材料,测定其在25、35、40、45 ℃温度下叶片相对含水量、光合荧光参数、渗透调节物质含量及抗氧化系统活性,并结合耐热系数及主成分分析的结果进行综合评价.[结果]5个烤烟品种在高温下的光合参数及逆境生理指标存在明显的品种间差异.在光合抑制方面,与25 ℃处理(CK)相比,45℃高温胁迫下,CB-1的叶绿素降解(63.37%)和净光合速率下降(92.77%)幅度均为最大,表现出对高温的高度敏感;而Y121的叶绿素含量降幅(25.51%)最小,Y116的净光合速率降幅(80.04%)相对较低.在生理响应方面,相比25 ℃处理(CK),在45 ℃高温胁迫下NC102的抗坏血酸过氧化物酶活性增幅最大(480.64%),而Y116的丙二醛积累(39.01%)和超氧化物歧化酶活性增幅(26.73%)均为最小.主成分分析将各生理指标总结为5个响应高温的关键主成分,并利用隶属函数对各成分权重值进一步分析,结果表明,45 ℃高温下各烟草品种耐热性综合排序为Y116>Y121>NX212>CB-1>NC102.[结论]云烟116在45 ℃高温下表现出相对较好的耐热性.
[Objective]The study aimed to investigates the physiological effects of high-temperature stress on different flue-cured tobacco cul-tivars and assesses their heat resistance performance.[Method]The study tested 5 tobacco cultivars(CB-1,Y121,Y116,NX212 and NC102)under 4 temperature treatments(25,35,40 and 45 ℃).Following treatment,measurements were taken for leaf relative water con-tent,photosynthetic fluorescence parameters,osmolytes content and antioxidant system activity.A comprehensive evaluation was then conduc-ted by combining the heat resistance coefficient with the results of principal component analysis(PCA).[Result]In terms of photosynthetic inhibition,compared with the 25 ℃ treatment(CK),CB-1 exhibited the greatest reductions in total chlorophyll content(63.37%)and net photosynthetic rate(92.77%)at 45 ℃,indicating its high sensitivity to high temperature.In contrast,Y121 showed the smallest decrease in chlorophyll content(25.51%),while Y116 maintained a relatively lower reduction in net photosynthetic rate(80.04%).Regarding physio-logical responses,compared with the 25 ℃ treatment(CK),NC102 exhibited the highest increase in ascorbate peroxidase activity(480.64%)under 45 ℃ stress,whereas Y116 showed the smallest increases in malondialdehyde content(39.01%)and superoxide dismutase ac-tivity(26.73%).Principal component analysis summarized the various physiological indicators into 5 key principal components responsive to high temperature,with membership function further analyzing the weight values of each component.The results indicated that,the comprehen-sive heat tolerance ranking at 45 ℃:Y116>Y121>NX212>CB-1>NC102.[Conclusion]Tobacco Y116 demonstrated better heat tolerance at 45 ℃ relative to other cultivars.
