[目的]探究广西贵港市引进甘蔗新品种(系)的遗传多样性,筛选适宜当地的高产高糖优良种质.[方法]以引进的60个国内甘蔗新品种(系)为试验材料,对21个质量性状和7个数量性状进行系统鉴定;计算Shannon-Weaver多样性指数、变异系数,进行相关分析、主成分分析和聚类分析,探究60个甘蔗新品种(系)的表型遗传多样性、性状间关联性及遗传结构.[结果]60个甘蔗新品种(系)21个质量性状的多样性指数为0.118~1.681,其中芽形(1.681)、曝光后节间颜色(1.530)和曝光前节间颜色(1.494)等7个性状变异较丰富;7个数量性状的变异系数为7.42%~23.36%,其中蔗茎产量(23.36%)、有效茎数(20.87%)、单茎重(13.48%)和节间长度(10.81%)的变异系数均大于10.00%,具有较大改良潜力.相关分析表明,株高、单茎重、有效茎数与蔗茎产量均呈极显著正相关(P<0.01,下同),茎径与有效茎数呈极显著负相关,田间锤度与株高、有效茎数、蔗茎产量均呈显著负相关(P<0.05).主成分分析共提取3个主成分,累计贡献率达76.833%,分别代表产量和糖分相关性状、茎径相关性状和株高相关性状.聚类分析将60个甘蔗新品种(系)分为4个类群,其中第Ⅳ类群(仅有桂柳07150)在蔗茎产量上表现突出但田间锤度偏低,第Ⅰ类群(包括桂糖44号、桂糖55号、桂柳05136、中蔗21号等)在产量与糖分协调性上表现较优.[结论]60个甘蔗新品种(系)的表型多样性较丰富,不同数量性状间存在相互促进和相互制约的关系;桂糖44号、桂糖55号、桂柳05136、中蔗21号等新品种(系)在高产高糖特性上表现较优,适宜作为贵港市高产高糖品种选育的候选材料.

[Objective]The study aimed to investigate the genetic diversity of newly introduced sugarcane varieties(lines)in Guigang,Guan-gxi,and to screen high-yielding and high-sugar germplasm suitable for local cultivation.[Method]A total of 60 newly introduced domestic sugarcane varieties(lines)of China were used as experimental materials,and 21 qualitative traits and 7 quantitative traits were systematically evaluated.Shannon-Weaver diversity index and coefficient of variation were calculated to perform correlation analysis,principal component a-nalysis,and cluster analysis to investigate the phenotypic genetic diversity,correlations between traits,and genetic structure of the 60 sugar-cane varieties(lines).[Result]The diversity indexes of 21 qualitative traits of the 60 sugarcane varieties(lines)ranged from 0.118 to 1.681,among them,bud shape(1.681),internode color after exposure(1.530),and internode color before exposure(1.494),along with four other traits,showed relatively rich variation.The coefficients of variation of 7 quantitative traits ranged from 7.42%to 23.36%;the coef-ficients of variation of cane yield(23.36%),millable stalk number(20.87%),single stalk weight(13.48%),and internode length(10.81%)exceeded 10.00%,indicating considerable potential for improvement.Correlation analysis showed that the plant height,single stalk weight,and millable stalk number were highly significantly positively correlated with cane yield(P<0.01,the same as below).Stalk diameter was highly significantly negatively correlated with millable stalk number,and field Brix was significantly negatively correlated with plant height,millable stalk number,and cane yield(P<0.05).Principal component analysis extracted 3 principal components,with a cumu-lative contribution rate of 76.833%,representing traits related to yield and sugar content,and traits related to stalk diameter and plant height,respectively.Cluster analysis classified the 60 sugarcane varieties(lines)into 4 groups;the Group Ⅳ,consisting of only Guiliu 07150,showed outstanding cane yield but relatively low field Brix,whereas Group Ⅰ,including Guitang 44,Guitang 55,Guiliu 05136,and Zhongzhe 21,performed better in the coordination of yield and sugar content.[Conclusion]The 60 sugarcane varieties(lines)exhibited con-siderable phenotypic diversity,with different quantitative traits showing both mutually promoting and mutually constraining relationships.New varieties(lines)such as Guitang 44,Guitang 55,Guiliu 05136,and Zhongzhe 21 perform better in high yield and high sugar content,proving that they are suitable candidate materials for breeding high-yielding and high-sugar sugarcane in Guigang.
