312份小麦种质资源性状多样性分析及综合评价OA

[目的]探明312份小麦种质资源的性状多样性并进行综合评价,为筛选出优质小麦资源提供理论依据.[方法]采用相关性分析、遗传多样性分析、聚类分析、主成分分析等方法分析不同来源的312份小麦种质资源的18个指标并进行综合评价,筛选优质小麦种质资源.[结果]当欧式距为30时,可将312份小麦种质划分为4个亚群,分别为6、12、23和271份.聚类Ⅰ以高秆、高穗粒数、低千粒重为主;聚类Ⅱ株高最高,达100.76 cm;聚类Ⅲ株高最矮、穗长最短、穗粒数最少;聚类Ⅳ各性状均保持在平均水平.18个性状的变异系数为3.11%~39.58%,平均为13.84%,最大的是脂肪,最小的是水分.遗传多样性指数为1.976~2.089,平均为2.030,最大的是籽粒周长,最小的是灰分.18个性状间酸性洗涤纤维与中性洗涤纤维、粗纤维、灰分及脂肪呈极显著正相关,与淀粉呈极显著负相关.中性洗涤纤维与粗纤维、灰分呈极显著正相关;与淀粉呈极显著负相关.在特征值>1的基础上,主成分分析提取的前6个主成分因子的累积贡献率为81.473%,筛选出综合得分>0.5的优异小麦种质资源共21份.[结论]312份小麦种质资源遗传多样性丰富,18个性状中蛋白质、淀粉等遗传性强,株高、穗粒数等性状表现稳定,可满足不同育种方向的基础需求.4个聚类亚群各具优良特性,可分别作为产量改良、高淀粉选育、抗倒伏改良及高产高淀粉协同改良的特异性优质种质资源.

[Objective]The trait diversity of 312 wheat germplasm resources were analyzed and comprehensively evaluated to provide a theo-retical basis for screening high-quality wheat germplasm resources.[Method]18 trait indexes of 312 wheat germplasm resources from different areas were comprehensively evaluated by correlation analysis,genetic diversity analysis,cluster analysis and principal component analysis(PC A)to screen high quality wheat germplasm resources.[Result]312 wheat germplasm resources could be divided into 4 subgroups when the Euclidean distance was 30.6,12,23 and 271 wheat germplasm resources were in Subgroup Ⅰ,Subgroup Ⅱ,Subgroup Ⅲ and SubgroupⅣ,respectively.The wheat germplasm resources in Subgroup Ⅰ had the trait characteristics of higher plant height,high grains per spike and low 1000-grain weight.The plant height of wheat germplasm resources in Subgroup Ⅱ reached the highest(100.76 cm).The wheat germ-plasm resources in Subgroup Ⅲ had the trait characteristics of the shortest plant height and spike length,and the least grains per spike.18 traits of wheat germplasm resources in Subgroup Ⅳ all were at the average level.The variation coefficients of 18 traits were 3.11%-39.58%with an average of 13.84%,and the maximum and minimum variation coefficient among 18 traits was fat and moisture respectively.The genetic diversity index was 1.976-2.089 with an average of 2.030,and the maximum and minimum index among 18 traits was grain perimeter and ash respectively.The acid detergent fiber(ADF)was positively and very significantly related to neutral detergent fiber(NDF),crude fiber,ash and fat,and negatively and very significantly related to starch.The neutral detergent fiber was positively and very significantly related to crude fiber and ash,and negatively and very significantly related to starch.The accumulative contribution rate of the top 6 principle component factors based on the eigenvalue>1 reached 81.473%.21 high quality wheat germplasm resources with a compre-hensive score>0.5 were screened.[Conclusion]There is an abundance genetic diversity among 312 wheat germplasm resources.312 wheat germplasm resources with a strong protein and starch hereditary,and stable plant height and grains per spike traits can meet the basic de-mands for different breeding direction of wheat.
