发展新质生产力需要培育兼具卓越专业能力与创新能力的高素质新型劳动者.思政课教师作为劳动者队伍的重要组成,其队伍建设水平关涉着新质生产力的发展方向和质量.在新质生产力视域下,建设高素质专业化思政课教师队伍不仅是推进新质教育的迫切需要,也是打造新质教师的内在规定,更是培养新质人才的必然要求.因此,思政课教师队伍建设应从优化培训体系、构建完善机制、主动锤炼本领、提供多维支撑等方面协同推进,全面打造一支高素质专业化的教育家型思政课教师队伍,以更好适应、服务、引领新质生产力的发展.

Developing new quality productive forces requires cultivating high-quality,innovative workers with both professional excellence and creative capabilities.As a key component of the workforce,ideological and political education teachers play a pivotal role in shaping the direction and quality of these forces.From the perspective of new quality productive forces,building a high-caliber,professional team of ideological and political education teachers is not only an urgent necessity for advancing new quality education,but also an inherent requirement for cultivating new quality teachers and,moreover,an inevitable demand for fostering new quality talent.To achieve this,efforts should focus on optimizing training systems,improving mechanisms,enhancing skills,and providing multi-dimensional support—ultimately creating a team of educator-type teachers capable of adapting to,serving,and leading the development of new quality productive forces.
