鸡日粮中不同来源油脂的营养价值特性及其混合应用的研究进展OA
Progress in research on the nutritional value characteristics of different oil sources and their blended applications in chicken diets
油脂是家禽日粮中重要的能量来源,不仅能有效提高饲料能量密度,还在调控营养吸收、免疫应答、抗氧化能力及繁殖性能等方面发挥关键作用.不同来源油脂的脂肪酸组成差异显著,导致其在营养价值和生理功能上存在差异.本文系统综述了鸡日粮中常用油脂的研究进展,包括大豆油、菜籽油、棕榈油、亚麻籽油、棉籽油、米糠油、动物油和椰子油、黑水虻幼虫油等新型油脂的营养特性与生理功能,并进一步总结了混合油脂在家禽生产中的应用现状及其面临的主要问题.
Fats and oils are important energy sources in poultry diets,as they not only effectively increase dietary energy density but also play critical roles in regulating nutrient absorption,immune responses,antioxidant capacity,and reproductive performance.Marked differ-ences in fatty acid composition among oil sources result in substantial variation in their nutritional value and physiological functions.This re-view systematically summarizes recent research on commonly used dietary oils in chicken nutrition,including soybean oil,rapeseed oil,palm oil,linseed oil,cottonseed oil,rice bran oil,animal fats,as well as emerging lipid sources such as coconut oil and black soldier fly larvae oil,with emphasis on their nutritional characteristics and physiological functions.In addition,the current status of applying blended oils in poultry production and the major challenges associated with their use are also discussed.
