棕榈油联合乳化剂对青脚麻鸡采食量、日增重和饲料转化率的影响OA
The effect of emulsifier combined palm oil on feed intake,daily weight gain and feed conversion ratio of yellow-featthered broilers
旨在研究棕榈油替代大豆油以及添加乳化剂对青脚麻鸡生产性能的影响.选择 1 日龄青脚麻公鸡 1 080 只,随机分为对照组、棕榈油组和棕榈油+乳化剂组,每组6 个重复,每个重复 60 只.对照组只使用大豆油,棕榈油组只使用棕榈油,棕榈油+乳化剂组在棕榈油组的基础上添加300 g/t 的乳化剂,调整配方至各组饲粮营养水平一致,试验共60 d,统计和检测各处理组青脚麻鸡平均日增重、平均日采食量和料重比指标.结果:与对照组相比,棕榈油组在 1~15 和 16~30 日龄阶段的平均日增重、平均日采食量、料肉比均未出现显著差异(P>0.05);与对照组相比,棕榈油+乳化剂组能够显著降低青脚麻鸡31~60 日龄阶段的料肉比(P<0.05).综上,在本试验条件下,饲粮中使用棕榈油完全替代大豆油不会影响青脚麻公鸡的生产性能,棕榈油和乳化剂联合使用能显著提高青脚麻鸡全期饲料转化率.
This experiment was to study the effect of palm oil substituting soybean oil and adding emulsifiers on growth performance of yellow-feathered broilers.A total of 1 080 1-day-old male yellow-feathered broilers were selected and randomly divided into the control group,the palm oil group and the emulsifier group,with 6 replicates and 60 birds each replicate.The control group used soybean oil,the palm oil group used palm oil substituted soybean oil,and the emulsifier group used palm oil supplemented with 300 g/t emulsifier;and the formula were adjusted to the same nutrient level in each group.The test lasted for 60 days.The results showed as follows:The ADG,ADFI and FCR did not presented significant differences between the control group and the palm oil group at 1-15 d and 16-30 d(P>0.05).Com-pared with the control group,adding 300 g/t emulsifier to the diet significantly reduced the FCR at 31-60 d(P<0.05).In summary,under the experimental conditions,palm oil substituting soybean oil did not affect the growth performance of the yellow-feathered broilers,and the simultaneous use of palm oil and emulsifier improved the growth performance of these broilers.
