旨在对宁夏地区头胎荷斯坦牛产奶和体型性状基因组估计育种值与表型进行关联分析.本研究收集整理了宁夏地区 11 家规模化养殖场2020 年 1 月—2024 年 12 月头胎荷斯坦牛表型和基因组估计育种值数据,共有 4 165 头奶牛同时具有产奶性状的基因组估计育种值及表型值,1 581 头奶牛同时具有体型性状的基因组估计育种值及表型值.利用 SPSS 25.0 软件进行描述性统计分析、Pearson 相关分析.结果:宁夏地区头胎荷斯坦牛基因组综合性能指数(GCPI 指数)与测定日产奶量、乳脂率、乳脂量、乳蛋白率、乳蛋白量、305 d 产奶量、体躯容量、尻部、肢蹄、乳用特征、泌乳系统、体型总分之间存在极显著的正相关关系,与体细胞评分相关性较弱;产奶量、乳脂率、乳蛋白率、乳脂量、乳蛋白量、肢蹄、体型总分的表型值与对应性状基因组估计育种值之间存在极显著的正相关关系,而体细胞评分、泌乳系统的表型值与对应性状基因组估计育种值之间相关性不显著.综上,本研究阐明了宁夏地区头胎荷斯坦牛产奶和体型性状基因组估计育种值与表型值的相关性,揭示了宁夏地区头胎荷斯坦牛全基因组选择效果,旨在为今后宁夏地区荷斯坦牛群体遗传改良工作提供参考.

This study aimed to conduct correlation analysis between genomic estimated breeding values(GEBV)and phenotypic values of milk production with conformation traits of first-lactation Holstein cows in Ningxia.We collected and organized the phenotypic and genomic estimated breeding values of first-lactation Holstein cows in 11 large-scale dairy farms in Ningxia from January 2020 to December 2024.4 165 cows had both genomic estimated breeding values and milk production traits,and 1 581 dairy cows had both genomic estimated breeding values and conformation traits.Descriptive statistical analysis and Pearson correlation analysis were performed using the SPSS 25.0 software.The results showed that there was a highly significant weak to moderate positive correlation between the GCPI index of first-lactation Holstein cows in Ningxia and the measured milk yield,milk fat rate,milk fat content,milk protein rate,milk protein content,305-day milk yield,body volume,rump,hooves,dairy characteristics,milking system,and total body shape score,and a weak correlation with SCS.The pheno-typic values of milk yield,milk fat rate,milk protein rate,milk fat content,milk protein content,hooves,and total body shape score had a highly significant weak positive correlation with the corresponding genomic estimated breeding values of the traits,while the phenotypic val-ues of SCS and the milking system had a weak and no significant correlation with the corresponding genomic estimated breeding values of the traits.This study reported the correlation between genomic estimated breeding values and phenotypic values of milk production with body shape traits of first-lactation Holstein cows in Ningxia and revealed the genome selection effect of first-lactation Holstein cows in Ningxia,which might be a reference for future genetic improvement of Holstein cow populations in Ningxia.
