结核病亚单位疫苗的免疫机制和免疫保护性研究进展OA

Research progress on the immune mechanism and immunoprotection of tuberculosis subunit vaccines

目前,结核病在世界上依然是最危险的流行性传染病之一,尤其最近几年发病率不断增高,给公共卫生与人类健康带来了极大威胁.接种疫苗是防控结核病最直接有效的手段之一,但目前唯一被批准且临床广泛接种的保护性疫苗仅有卡介苗(BCG),且其对于成年人保护效果欠佳,而亚单位疫苗免疫保护力较高、安全稳定可靠、易于标准化,具有良好开发前景.该文对结核病亚单位疫苗的免疫机制、有效组分、研究进展及面临的挑战进行了综述.

At present,Tuberculosis remains one of the most dangerous epidemic infectious diseases in the world.Its increasing incidence,particularly in recent years,poses a great threat to public health and human well-being.Vaccination is one of the most direct and effective means for the prevention and control of tubercu-losis.However,the only approved and widely used protective vaccine in clinical practice is Bacillus Calmette-Guérin(BCG),which has poor protective efficacy in adults.In contrast,subunit vaccines offer higher immuno-protection,safety,stability,and ease of standardization,presenting promising prospects for development.This article reviews the immune mechanism,effective components,research progress,and challenges of tuberculosis subunit vaccines.
