基于知识图谱检索增强生成的就业指导问答系统OA
An Employment Guidance Q&A System Based on Knowledge Graph Retrieval-Augmented Generation
本研究提出一种知识图谱检索增强生成的就业指导问答系统.系统通过三项关键技术实现智能化就业问答:首先,基于大语言模型自动化构建结构化就业知识图谱;其次,设计"先映射转换,后分类对齐"的两步混合策略计算实体相似度,完成相似实体合并,有效缓解"同名异义"与"异名同义"问题;最后,借助检索增强生成技术,将知识图谱中的结构化知识融入大语言模型生成过程,实现知识驱动的答案优化.实验表明,该系统在岗位认知、技能需求、职业发展等问答任务中,显著提升了专业性与可靠性.本研究为构建智能化就业服务体系提供了新的技术路径与实践范式.
This research proposes an employment guidance Question-and-Answer(Q&A)system based on Knowledge Graph Retrieval-Augmented Generation(RAG).The system achieves intelligent career guidance Q&A through three key technological innovations.Firstly,it automatically constructs a structured career Knowledge Graph using Large Language Models.Secondly,it introduces a two-step hybrid strategy of"mapping transformation followed by categorical alignment"to calculate entity similarity and merge similar entities,effectively addressing issues of"homonymy"and"synonymy".Finally,it integrates structured knowledge from the knowledge graph into the generation process of Large Language Model via RAG,thereby optimizing answers with knowledge-driven enhancements.Experimental results demonstrate that the system significantly improves the professionalism and reliability in career guidance across areas such as job understanding,skill requirements,and career development.This research provides a new technical pathway and practical paradigm for building an intelligent career service system.
