双平面交换机在配电通信网中的应用OA
Application of Dual-plane Switches in Distribution Communication Networks
随着配电自动化、分布式能源接入等业务的快速发展,配电通信网在可靠性、安全隔离、带宽承载方面面临更高要求.传统单平面交换机组网方式存在单点故障风险高、业务隔离性差、运维复杂等问题,难以满足新型配电系统的发展需求.提出一种基于双平面工业以太网交换机的配电通信网承载架构,该架构通过波分复用(WDM)技术与光口 Bypass 技术的核心应用,在一台设备内部实现生产控制大区与管理信息大区业务的物理隔离与冗余承载.现场试点应用表明,该方案能实现毫秒级的故障自愈倒换,将网络可靠性提升至 99.999%以上,端到端业务传输时延稳定在 50 ms 以内,并简化了网络结构,降低了建设与运维成本.研究成果为构建安全可靠、高效灵活的新一代智能配电通信网提供了关键技术支撑与实践路径.
With the rapid development of services such as distribution automation and distributed energy access,the distribution communication network faces higher requirements in terms of reliability,security isolation,and bandwidth capacity.The traditional single-plane switch networking approach has issues such as high risk of single-point failure,poor service isolation,and complex operation and maintenance,making it difficult to meet the development needs of new distribution systems.A distribution communication network bearing architecture based on dual-plane industrial Ethernet switches is proposed.This architecture achieves physical isolation and redundant bearing of production control and management information services within a single device through the core application of Wavelength Division Multiplexing(WDM)technology and optical port Bypass technology.Field pilot applications show that this solution can achieve millisecond-level fault self-healing switching,raising network reliability to over 99.999%,maintaining end-to-end service transmission delay within 50 ms,and effectively simplifying the network structure,reducing construction and operation and maintenance costs.The research results provide key technical support and practical paths for building a safe,reliable,efficient,and flexible new generation of intelligent distribution communication network.
