面向PHM的民用飞机FMEA动态风险系统化评估方法及应用研究OA
Research on Systematic Dynamic Risk Assessment Method and Application of FMEA for Civil Aircraft Oriented to PHM
随着民用航空业发展,飞机系统日趋复杂,传统静态故障模式与影响分析(FMEA)在故障预测与健康管理(PHM)中风险评估滞后的问题凸显.为此,本研究面向民用飞机 PHM 需求,分析传统 FMEA 在故障建模与动态监测方面的不足,扩展其功能模块,构建了动态风险评估框架与模型,实现了严重度、发生度、探测度及风险优先数的实时更新与评估.以飞机液压系统变频交流电动泵为例验证,表明该方法可实时、精准评估风险指标,为解决传统 FMEA静态评估缺陷提供了新路径,有助于提升飞机预测性维护与运行保障水平.
With the development of the civil aviation industry,aircraft systems have become increasingly complex,highlighting the issue of lagging risk assessment in traditional static Failure Mode and Effects Analysis(FMEA)within Prognostics and Health Management(PHM).To address this,this research focuses on the PHM requirements of civil aircraft,analyzes the shortcomings of traditional FMEA in fault modeling and dynamic monitoring,expands its functional modules,and constructs a dynamic risk assessment framework and model.This enables real-time updating and evaluation of severity,occurrence,detectability,and the Risk Priority Number(RPN).Using the variable-frequency AC electric pump in an aircraft hydraulic system as a validation case,the results demonstrate that this method can assess risk indicators in real time and with high accuracy.It provides a new approach to overcoming the limitations of traditional static FMEA and contributes to improving aircraft predictive maintenance and operational support capabilities.
