针对北斗气象服务分理平台在开展全国气象行业北斗三号短报文通信资源分理业务的早期工作中效率不高的痛点,本项目旨在设计并实现一个规范化、自动化、可视化的北斗卡资源申报模块,通过深入分析历史申报数据特征,识别业务流程中的核心节点与瓶颈,在此基础上重构申报规范与数据标准.系统采用关键数据智能校验技术,自动检测并提示填报错误;通过实时流程可视化引擎,使申报状态、审核进度全程可追踪;同时结合多系统协同校验机制,与既有气象业务系统进行数据联动,确保信息一致性与准确性.结果表明,该模块显著降低了人工沟通与复核成本,申报流程的透明度和可追溯性得到大幅提升,为分理服务提供了高效、可靠、稳定的信息化支撑.

Addressing the operational inefficiencies encountered in the early stages of conducting BeiDou-3 short-message communication resource distribution services within the meteorological industry via the BeiDou Meteorological Service Distribution Platform,this project aims to design and implement a standardized,automated,and visualized resource application module for BeiDou cards.This is achieved by conducting an in-depth analysis of historical application data characteristics to identify key nodes and bottlenecks in the business process,based on which application specifications and data standards are restructured.The system employs intelligent validation technology for critical data,automatically detecting and prompting entry errors.A real-time process visualization engine enables end-to-end tracking of application statuses and review progress.Furthermore,a multi-system collaborative validation mechanism integrates with existing meteorological business systems to ensure data consistency and accuracy.The results demonstrate that this module significantly reduces the costs associated with manual communication and verification,while substantially enhancing the transparency and traceability of the application process.It provides efficient,reliable,and stable information support for the distribution services.
