从受助到助人:生活转折视角下老年人数字融入的信息实践与身份重构研究OACHSSCD
From Beneficiaries to Contributors:Information Practices and Identity Reconstruction in Older Adults'Digital Inclusion From a Life Transition Perspective
[目的/意义]在老龄化与数智化叠加背景下,推动老年群体有效融入数字社会已成为实现"积极老龄观"的关键议题.本文旨在从生活转折视角出发,引入主体间性理论内涵,探讨数字公益情境下老年人数字融入的动态过程与机制.[方法/过程]研究以转化学习理论和信息行为转折理论为分析框架,结合Gioia方法对15个典型项目的多源数据进行概念提炼,构建"生活转折—间性互动—身份共建"的老年人数字融入整合模型.[结果/结论]研究表明:①外部数字化环境的变迁与内部生命历程转折的深度交织,导致了老年人原有社会关系接入的断裂,构成了开启数字融入的初始动因;②融入过程呈现出"接入与依赖—适应与转化—融合与反哺"的阶梯演化特征,老年人在主体间性的互动空间内通过获得"被承认"的核心体验,实现从信息实践到身份认知的动态重构;③在多元主体协同营造的承认性环境下,老年人通过主体间的良性互动,实现了心理视角的转换与主体意识的觉醒.本研究揭示了数字公益情境中老年人由受助到助人的动态演化路径,丰富了积极老龄化视角下老年人数字素养培育的理论范式,为从技术赋能走向主体赋能提供了实践指引.
[Purpose/Significance]Against the backdrop of the population aging and societal digitalization becoming deeply intertwined,promoting the effective integration of older adults into the digital society has become key to advancing the concept of active aging.As an emerging form of social governance,digital public welfare initiatives—led by platform enterprises and jointly supported by governments,communities,and diverse social actors—provide an important practical arena for older adults to bridge technological divides and reconstruct social connections.Grounded in the life transition per-spective,this study introduces the theoretical framework of intersubjectivity to systematically examine the dynamic evolu-tionary process and underlying mechanisms through which older adults achieve digital inclusion in digital public welfare contexts.[Method/Process]This study adopted transformative learning theory and information behavior theory of life transi-tions as its core analytical frameworks and selected typical digital public welfare projects for older adults implemented between 2020 and 2025 as empirical cases.The research materials consist of multi-source textual data,including service cases,project archives,and news reports,which capture both organizational practices and participants'experiences.Employing the Gioia methodology and the qualitative analysis software NVivo,the study conducted systematic coding,con-stant comparison,and concept abstraction of 15 representative digital public welfare projects,including initiatives such as the AI Dou Program and the Silver Age Action.On this basis,an integrated model of"Life Transition—Intersubjective Interaction—Identity Co-construction"for elderly digital inclusion is constructed.[Result/Conclusion]The findings indi-cate that:①The interaction between rapid changes in the external digital environment and transitions in older adults'life courses leads to disruptions in their existing social relationships and information access pathways,thereby constituting a critical starting point for the digital inclusion process;②Older adults'digital inclusion follows a stepwise evolutionary tra-jectory characterized by access and dependence-adaptation and transformation-integration and reciprocal contribution.Through intersubjective interactions,older adults obtain the core experience of"being recognized,"enabling a dynamic reconstruction from information practices to identity cognition;③Within recognition-oriented environments collaboratively created by multiple stakeholders,sustained positive interactions facilitate shifts in psychological perspectives and the awa-kening of subjectivity among older adults.This study reveals the dynamic evolutionary pathway through which older adults transition from recipients of assistance to providers of support in digital public welfare contexts.It enriches theoretical foun-dations for cultivating digital literacy among older adults from an active aging perspective and offers valuable insights for advancing practice from technological empowerment toward subject-oriented empowerment.
