飞行试验过程中,维修活动是导致飞机不可用的主要影响因素之一,目前预防性维修活动中定时维修仍占有较大比例,因此,开展维修间隔优化方法研究对飞行试验提质增效、降低风险,指导维修工作具有重要意义.通过对比飞行试验与民机运营的差异,参考S4000P规范,构建包括相似机型数据采集及预处理、数据融合、建模及检验、确定维修间隔等步骤在内的维修间隔优化方法,以试飞数据为基础证明该方法的正确性及工程适用性,为开展维修间隔优化提供方法支撑.

During the aircraft flight test,maintenance activities are one of the main factors leading to aircraft unavailability.Currently,scheduled maintenance still accounts for a large proportion of preventive maintenance activities.Therefore,conducting research on maintenance interval optimization methods is of great significance for not only improving the quality and efficiency,reducing risks of flight test,but also guiding maintenance work.By comparing the differences between flight test and civil aircraft operations,a maintenance interval optimization method including steps such as data collection and preprocessing for a series of aircraft models,data fusion,modeling and verification,and determination of maintenance interval is constructed.Based on flight test data,the correctness and engineering applicability of this method are demonstrated,providing methodological support for maintenance interval optimization.
