为系统研究支撑剂对页岩压裂裂缝应力敏感性的影响规律,使用新疆吉木萨尔地区两种不同岩性的页岩,制作不同支撑剂充填方案的压裂裂缝岩心,开展应力敏感性模拟实验.结果表明,在相同的支撑剂充填条件下,由于泥质粉砂岩岩心塑性较强,支撑剂易嵌入裂缝面,导致其应力敏感性较云质粉砂岩岩心更为显著.适当增加支撑剂粒径、浓度均有利于增强压裂裂缝的支撑效果,降低应力敏感性.采用不同粒径支撑剂混合注入的方式更有利于保持压裂裂缝的支撑效果.在吉木萨尔现场压裂施工中可以采取以较小粒径支撑剂(40/70 目)为主的混合粒径支撑剂,同时适当增加支撑剂注入量的方式来降低压裂裂缝的应力敏感性.

To systematically study the influence of proppants on the stress sensitivity of shale fracturing fractures,the fracturing fracture cores with different proppant filling schemes were prepared using two different lithologies of shale in Jimusaer area,Xinjiang to carry out stress sensitivity simulation experiments.The results indicate that under the same proppant filling conditions,due to the stronger plastici-ty of argillaceous siltstone cores,proppant is easily embedded in the fracture surface,resulting in higher stress sensitivity of them com-pared to dolomitic siltstone cores.Appropriately increasing the particle size and concentration of proppants is beneficial for enhancing their support effect on fracturing fractures and reducing their stress sensitivity.The mixed injection of different particle sizes of proppants is more conducive to maintaining the support effect of proppants on fracturing fractures.In the fracturing construction at Jimsar site,a mixed particle size proppant mainly composed of smaller particle size proppants(40/70 mesh)can be used,and the injection volume of proppants can be appropriately increased to reduce the stress sensitivity of the fracturing fractures.
