为探究矿工安全建言行为的影响因素及作用路径,运用潜在狄利克雷分配(LDA)主题模型,对文献梳理与半结构化访谈转录的文本数据进行挖掘,并结合已有研究确定影响因素的名称;通过模糊决策实验室分析-解释结构模型法(模糊DEMATEL-ISM)计算各因素的中心度与原因度以识别其属性,构建影响因素多层递阶结构模型,分析矿工安全建言行为影响因素间的层级和结构关系.结果表明:矿工安全建言行为的8 个影响因素中存在5 个关键因素,其中组织安全支持(中心度9.273)是唯一的根源因素,为建言行为提供基础性支撑;建言效能感(中心度9.103)是表层直接因素,对建言行为有最为直接触发作用;领导行为(中心度8.942)、建言体系(中心度8.705)和心理安全氛围(中心度8.947)作为过渡因素,在作用路径中承担主要传导功能;由关键因素形成的6 条关键路径均由建言效能感主导,组织安全支持作为所有关键路径的起点,既能通过3 个过渡因素间接影响建言效能感,也能直接作用于该表层因素,进而共同驱动矿工安全建言行为的发生.研究为煤矿企业系统性制定管理策略以提升矿工安全建言行为水平提供了理论依据与实践指导.

To explore the influencing factors and the pathways of miners'safety voice behavior,the La-tent Dirichlet Allocation(LDA)topic model was applied to analyze text data obtained from literature re-view and semi-structured interview transcripts.Based on existing research,the names of the influencing factors were determined.The fuzzy Decision-Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory-Interpretive Struc-tural Modeling(fuzzy DEMATEL-ISM)method was used to calculate the centrality and cause degree of each factor,so as to identify their attributes.A multi-level hierarchical structure model of the influen-cing factors was constructed,and the hierarchical and structural relationships among the influencing factors of miners'safety voice behavior were analyzed.The results indicate that among the eight influ-encing factors of miners'safety voice behavior,five are identified as key factors.Organizational safety support(centrality 9.273)is determined as the sole root factor,providing fundamental support for voice behavior.Voice efficacy(centrality 9.103)is recognized as the surface-level direct factor,exerting the most immediate triggering effect on voice behavior.Leadership behavior(centrality 8.942),voice sys-tems(centrality 8.705),and psychological safety climate(centrality 8.947)function as transitional fac-tors,playing a primary mediating role within the pathways.Six key pathways formed by these factors are all dominated by voice efficacy.Organizational safety support serves as the starting point for all key pathways.It can indirectly influence voice efficacy through the three transitional factors and also direct-ly affect this surface-level factor,thereby jointly driving the occurrence of miners'safety voice behav-ior.The findings provide a theoretical basis and practical guidance for coal mining enterprises to sys-tematically develop management strategies aimed at enhancing the level of miners'safety voice behav-ior.
