提出了一种太阳能逐日跟踪智能控制系统(下文简称为"本智能控制系统"),首先介绍了本智能控制系统采用的主要技术;然后从控制程序的设计要求、控制程序的设计流程、核心控制部件的设计、系统集成设计 4 个方面详细阐述了本智能控制系统的设计方案;最后简述了本智能控制系统当前的应用情况,并对其发展前景进行了展望.研究结果表明:本智能控制系统通过光敏传感器实现了自动跟踪功能,首先由光敏传感器接收水平或垂直方向上的光照信号,然后通过双轴高精度太阳跟踪电机控制器发出水平调节或俯仰调节的信号,控制水平调节系统或俯仰调节系统的运作,自动跟踪精度在3° 以内,达到了太阳能聚光集热器高精度跟踪太阳的控制要求;且本智能控制系统设置了光控和时控 2 种工作模式,可保证其在各时段均能高效工作,提高了太阳能利用率.本智能控制系统为小型太阳能中高温聚光集热器的应用提供了有力的技术支持,提高了此类集热器的市场竞争力.

This paper proposes a solar energy daily tracking intelligent control system(hereinafter referred to as"this intelligent control system").Firstly,the main technologies used in this intelligent control system is introduced.Then,the design scheme of the intelligent control system is elaborated in detail from four aspects:the design requirements of the control program,the design process of the control program,the design of the core control components,and the system integration design.Finally,the current application status of this intelligent control system is briefly described,and its development prospects are discussed.The research results show that this intelligent control system has achieved the automatic tracking function through photosensitive sensors.Firstly,The photosensitive sensor receives horizontal or vertical sunlight signals,and then sends out horizontal or pitch adjustment signals through the dual axis high-precision solar tracking motor controller to control the operation of the horizontal adjustment system or pitch adjustment system.The automatic tracking accuracy is within 3°,meeting the control requirements of high-precision sun tracking for solar concentrated collectors.And this intelligent control system is equipped with two working modes:light control and time control,which can ensure efficient operation at all time periods,and improve solar energy utilization.This intelligent control system provides strong technical support for the application of small solar medium-high temperature concentrated heat collectors,improving the market competitiveness of such collectors.
