针对临海滩涂具有的腐蚀性强、软土层厚、水位高、气候恶劣等特点,以位于强腐蚀性临海滩涂的某实际光伏发电项目为依托,首先对该项目的背景及地质条件进行了介绍,然后针对桩土相互作用效应及风荷载遮挡效应对桩基内力的影响进行了研究,最后对传统预应力高强混凝土(PHC)管桩和预应力高强混凝土竹节桩(下文简称为"竹节桩")的经济性进行了对比,并对PHC管桩的常见防腐措施和设计与施工要点进行了概述.研究结果表明:1)对临海滩涂地区的光伏支架桩基进行设计时,应考虑桩土相互作用产生的桩基内力增大效应,确保桩基设计方案安全可靠;2)考虑风荷载遮挡效应后桩基内力会减少,可降低项目的桩基总成本;3)相比竹节桩,传统PHC管桩在质量控制、施工难度及经济性方面均具有优势;4)桩基设计过程应重视抗台风、防腐等要求,减少 PHC 管桩接头数量,并加强接头的防腐处理.研究结果对强腐蚀性临海滩涂光伏发电项目的建设具有重要参考价值.

In view of the characteristics of coastal mudflat,such as strong corrosion,thick soft soil layer,high water level,and harsh climate,this paper based on an actual PV power generation project located in the strongly corrosive coastal mudflat,first introduced the background and geological conditions of the project,then studied the impact of pile-soil interaction effect and wind load occlusion effect on the internal force of the pile foundation,and compared the economy of traditional PHC pipe piles and PHC bamboo joint pile(hereinafter referred to as"bamboo joint"),finally summarized the common anti-corrosion measures and design points of the selected PHC pipe piles.The research results show that:1)When designing the pile foundation for PV bracket in the coastal mudflat area,the pile foundation internal force increase effect caused by the pile-soil interaction must be considered to ensure the safety and reliability of the pile foundation design scheme.2)After considering the wind load occlusion effect,the internal force of the pile foundation will be reduced,which can lower the total cost of the project's pile foundation.3)Compared to bamboo joint pile,traditional PHC pipe piles have advantages in quality control,construction difficulty,and economy.4)The design process of pile foundation should pay attention to requirements such as typhoon resistance and anti-corrosion,reduce the number of joints of PHC pipe pile,and strengthen joint anti-corrosion treatment.The research results have important reference value for the construction of PV power generation projects in the strongly corrosive coastal mudflat.
