在中国页岩气产业高速发展的背景下,油基钻井液环保与成本短板愈发明显,研发综合性能媲美油基钻井液的高性能水基钻井液实现"水替油",已成为中国页岩气绿色高效开发的迫切需求.为此,系统梳理了中国页岩气开发阶段历程,剖析了水基钻井液面临的关键技术瓶颈,综述了核心处理剂与体系构建的研究进展及国内典型体系的应用表现,进而提出了新型高性能水基钻井液体系的发展方向.研究结果表明:①中国对页岩气水基钻井液技术的研究聚焦于稳定井壁、降摩减阻、井眼清洁 3 大核心方向,通过优选处理剂并兼顾配伍性及协同作用,构建了适用于目标区块的高性能水基钻井液体系;②中国主要页岩气各产区的钻井液体系均围绕"强抑制、强封堵、高润滑"3 大核心性能进行构建,初步实现了对油基钻井液的有效替代,推动了页岩气水基钻井液体系向精细化、多元化和环保化方向发展;③现有体系井壁长效稳定难度较大、长水平段摩阻扭矩依然偏高,部分体系存在流变性劣化等问题,制约着超长水平井的钻探进程.结论认为,中国页岩气水基钻井液已具备规模化替代基础,未来需融合纳米材料、智能调控技术,攻关精简配方、绿色低成本及超长水平井适配技术,实现从"经验试错"向"机理驱动"转型.

In the context of high-speed development of shale gas industry in China,the shortages of oil-based drilling fluid in environmental protection and cost get increasingly prominent.Driven by the demand for green and efficient development of shale gas in China,it is in urgent need to develop high-performance water-based drilling fluid which is comparable to oil-based drilling fluid in comprehensive performance,so as to achieve the strategic goal of"water replacing oil".To this end,this paper systematically reviews the history of shale gas development in China,analyzes the key technical bottlenecks of water-based drilling fluid,and summarizes the research progress of core treating agent and system construction as well as the application performance of domestic typical systems.Based on this,the development direction of novel high-performance water-based drilling fluid system is pointed out.The following results are obtained.First,China's researches on the water-based drilling fluid technologies for shale gas focus on three core aspects,i.e.,borehole stability,friction and drag reduction,and wellbore cleaning.The high-performance water-based drilling fluid system suitable for the target block is developed by optimizing treating agent while giving consideration to compatibility and synergism.Second,the drilling fluid systems for the main shale gas producing areas in China are all prepared focusing three core functions of strong inhibition,strong plugging and high lubrication,which achieves the effective replacement of oil-based drilling fluid preliminarily,promoting the water-based drilling fluid systems for shale gas to be refined,diverse,and environmentally friendly.Third,existing systems face great difficulty in ensuring long-term borehole stability,the drag torque in long horizontal sections is still high,and some systems suffer deteriorating rheological property.And these problems restrict the drilling process of extra-long horizontal wells.In conclusion,China's water-based drilling fluid for shale gas has already possessed the foundation for large-scale replacement.And in the future,it is necessary to research the technologies applicable to ultra-long horizontal wells with simple formula,environmental friendliness,and low cost by interpolating nano materials and intelligent control technologies,so as to realize the transformation from"empirical trial and error"to"mechanism driven".
