Effects of Slope and Slope Position on Organic Carbon Forms and Aggregate Composition in Purple Soil

本文选取凉山会东典型植烟区域,通过分析土壤总有机碳(TOC)、可溶性有机碳(DOC)、易氧化态有机碳(ROC)、颗粒态有机碳(POC)及团聚体的平均重量直径(MWD)、>0.25 mm 团聚体百分含量(R0.25),研究了坡度(<5°、5°~10°、10°~15°、15°~20°)和坡位(上坡位、中坡位、下坡位)对土壤团聚体组成和稳定性以及有机碳组分的影响,并分析了有机碳组分与团聚体组成之间的相互关系.结果表明:随坡度增大,土壤 TOC 平均含量逐步下降,相较于坡度 0~5°,5°~10°、10°~15°、15°~20° 坡度土壤 TOC 含量分别显著下降18.43%、23.09%、37.24%;土壤POC平均含量表现为坡度 0~5°>5°~10°>15°~20°.随坡度增加,>2 mm水稳性团聚体含量呈下降趋势,R0.25 和MWD随之降低,土壤结构的稳定性下降;随坡位上升,R0.25和MWD同样呈下降趋势,其中MWD在下坡位坡度0~5°处最高,表明该区域土壤团聚体稳定性更高.0.5~1 mm和0.25~0.5 mm粒级团聚体是影响土壤DOC与ROC变化的主要因素.综上,随着坡度增加,土壤有机碳含量减少,土壤团聚体稳定性也呈下降趋势,而坡位对土壤有机碳库的影响不显著.

In this study,a typical tobacco-growing area in Huidong County of Liangshan Prefecture was selected,and soil total organic carbon(TOC),dissolved organic carbon(DOC),readily oxidizable organic carbon(ROC),particulate organic carbon(POC),mean weight diameter(MWD)of aggregates,and the percentage of>0.25 mm aggregates(R0.25)were analyzed,in order to investigate the effects of slope gradient(<5°,5°-10°,10°-15°,15°-20°)and slope position(upper,middle,lower)on soil aggregate composition,stability,organic carbon fractions,and their interrelationships.The results showed that as slope gradient increased,average TOC content gradually decreased.Compared to slopes of 0-5°,TOC content significantly decreased by 18.43%,23.09%and 37.24%for slopes of 5°-10°,10°-15° and 15°-20°,respectively.Average POC content showed that slopes of 0-5°>5°-10°>15°-20°.With increasing slope gradient,the content of>2 mm water-stable aggregates decreased,along with R0.25 and MWD,indicating reduced soil structural stability.As slope position ascended,R0.25 and MWD decreased,with the highest MWD observed at the lower position with slopes of 0-5°,indicating that greater aggregate stability in these areas.Aggregates of 0.5-1 mm and 0.25-0.5 mm were the primary factors influencing changes in soil DOC and ROC.In conclusion,as slope gradient increased,soil organic carbon content decreased,and aggregate stability declined,whereas slope position had no significant impact on soil organic carbon pool.
