基于CiteSpace的中医药治疗不安腿综合征国内研究现状OA

[Objective]To conduct a visual analysis of literature related to the treatment of restless legs syndrome(RLS)with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)using CiteSpace,summarizing the research status and hotspots in this field.[Methods]A search was conducted in the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)database for literature on the treatment of RLS with TCM from the inception of the database to November 1,2024.CiteSpace 6.4.R1 software was utilized to perform a visual analysis of the included research literature.[Results]A total of 429 articles were included.The annual publication volume showed a fluctuating upward trend,indicating increasing research interest.The analysis covered 639 authors,forming 508 collaboration networks,and involved 412 research institutions,with 106 collaboration links.The institution with the highest publication output was Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Core author teams represented by Wang Huimin and Liu Jia were identified.The most frequently occurring keyword was"acupuncture",and seven keyword clusters were formed.[Conclusion]TCM demonstrates certain advantages in the treatment of RLS.Domestic research focuses on classical acupuncture as the core,with innovative acupoint techniques as extensions,aiming to improve sleep and quality of life.This intuitively reveals the core pathological chain of"nocturnal limb discomfort-sleep disturbance"in RLS,providing clinical researchers with diagnostic and treatment suggestions as well as directions for clinical innovation.
