基于改进障碍度模型的新质生产力内在驱动力识别研究OACHSSCD
Research on the Identification of the Internal Driving Forces of New Quality Productivity Based on the Improved Obstacle Degree Model
文章构建了一种改进障碍度模型,在贡献度导向、数据适配性及结果可解释性方面进行了方法优化,并运用核密度、收敛模型、基尼系数分解、路径分析等方法,基于2015-2023年我国30个省份的面板数据,识别新质生产力的内在驱动力并考察其时空演化格局、区域差异与驱动路径.研究发现:第一,改进障碍度模型在识别驱动因子方面具有较好效果,为新质生产力研究提供了方法支撑.第二,各区域驱动因子差异明显,华东地区呈现创新与生产力"双轮驱动",其余地区则以生产力要素驱动为主;数字基础设施、新产业、新能源与新技术均能显著推动各区域新质生产力发展.第三,我国新质生产力发展呈现空间集聚性,总体区域差异趋于收敛,七大地区新质生产力差异主要来源于区域间差异.
This paper constructs an improved obstacle degree model,and optimizes the method in terms of contribution orien-tation,data adaptability and result interpretability.Based on the panel data of 30 provinces in China from 2015 to 2023,the paper also uses kernel density,convergence model,Gini coefficient decomposition,coupling coordination degree and path analysis meth-ods to identify the internal driving forces of new quality productivity and investigate its spatio-temporal evolution pattern,regional differences and driving paths.The research findings are as follows:First,the improved obstacle degree model has a good effect in identifying driving factors,providing methodological support for the study of new quality productivity.Second,there are obvious re-gional differences in driving factors.East China presents a"dual-wheel drive"of innovation and productivity,while the other re-gions are dominated by productivity factors;digital infrastructure,new industries,new energy and new technologies can all signifi-cantly promote the development of new quality productivity in various regions.Third,the development of new quality productivity in China presents spatial agglomeration,and the overall regional differences tend to converge;the differences in new quality pro-ductivity among the seven major regions mainly originate from inter-regional differences.
