中国省际农业新质生产力空间关联网络结构特征与驱动因素OACHSSCD

Spatial Correlation Network Structure Characteristics and Driving Factors of China's Inter-Provincial Agricultural New Quality Productivity

农业新质生产力是农业高质量发展的核心动力,对其空间关联网络结构特征进行系统解构具有重要价值.文章构建农业新质生产力综合评价指标体系,基于2013-2024年中国30个省份的数据,采用熵权-TOPSIS法测度农业新质生产力指数,并采用修正引力模型、社会网络分析方法、QAP回归分析方法分析农业新质生产力空间关联网络结构特征及其驱动因素.研究发现:农业新质生产力空间关联关系呈现显著的空间网络特征,农业新质生产力空间关联网络关联性有所增强但仍有较大的增长空间,空间关联网络稳定性较强,变动较小;粮食主产区在农业新质生产力空间关联网络中具有较高的中心度,多个北方粮食主产区省份属于空间关联网络中的主要受益方,粮食产销平衡区与粮食主销区省份中心度相对较低,多属于溢出方;地区距离越近,乡村人口比重、农业产业结构、人均农林水事务支出差异越大,农业经营规模、乡村消费占社会消费比重差异越小,越有利于驱动农业新质生产力空间关联网络的形成与演化.

As the core driving force of high-quality agricultural development,agricultural new quality productivity holds sig-nificant value in systematically deconstructing the structural characteristics of its spatial correlation network.This paper con-structs a comprehensive evaluation index system of agricultural new quality productivity.Based on the data of 30 provinces in Chi-na from 2013 to 2024,the paper uses the entropy weight-TOPSIS method to measure the agricultural new quality productivity in-dex,and adopts the modified gravity model,social network analysis method and QAP regression analysis method to analyze the spatial correlation network structure characteristics and driving factors of agricultural new quality productivity.The research re-sults are shown as below:The spatial correlation relationship of agricultural new quality productivity presents significant spatial network characteristics;the correlation of the spatial correlation network of agricultural new quality productivity has been en-hanced,but still has large room for growth,and the spatial correlation network has strong stability and small changes.The main grain producing areas have a high centrality in the spatial correlation network of agricultural new quality productivity,and many northern main grain producing provinces belong to the main beneficiaries in the spatial correlation network,while the provinces in grain production-marketing balance areas and main grain sales areas have relatively low centrality and mostly belong to spillover parties.The closer the distance between regions,the greater the differences in the proportion of rural population,agricultural in-dustrial structure and per capita expenditure on agriculture,forestry and water affairs,the smaller the differences in agricultural operation scale and the proportion of rural consumption in social consumption,the more conducive it is to driving the formation and evolution of the spatial correlation network of agricultural new quality productivity.
