为进一步找出武汉钢铁有限公司100 m长钢轨普通平车矩形装运方案偏重的主要原因,保证铁路运输安全,提高运输效率,建立长钢轨装运偏重问题标准化整改方案,通过对100 m长钢轨运输过磅数据和座架垫高情况进行分析,提出"1011垫高法",解决车辆高差引起的偏重问题;通过对车组端部偏重原因的分析,找出钢轨牌号是长钢轨装运偏重的影响因素,分析钢轨挠度的影响,提出整改方案;将100 m长钢轨装运偏重整改方案整理成标准化作业流程,建立车组偏重风险预警系统,提前对偏重现象预防整改.结果表明,推广"1011垫高法",武汉钢铁有限公司100 m长钢轨普通平车矩形装运偏重现象大幅减少,为长钢轨装运安全管理提供一定参考.

To further identify the main causes of unbalanced load in the rectangular loading scheme of 100 m long steel rails on ordinary flatcars at Wuhan IRON & STEEL CO.,LTD(WISCO),ensure railway transport safety,and improve transport efficiency,a standardized rectification scheme for unbalanced load in long steel rail shipment was established.By analyzing the weighing data and support frame height adjustment conditions during the transport of 100 m long steel rails,the"1011 height adjustment method"was proposed to resolve the unbalanced load caused by vehicle height differences.Through the analysis of the causes of unbalanced load at the ends of train sets,the rail grade was identified as an influencing factor for unbalanced load in long steel rail shipment;the impact of rail deflection was analyzed,and rectification schemes were proposed.The rectification scheme for unbalanced load in 100 m long steel rail shipment was compiled into standardized operating procedures,and a risk early warning system for unbalanced load of train sets was established to prevent and rectify unbalanced load phenomena in advance.The results show that promoting the"1011 height adjustment method"significantly reduces the unbalanced load phenomena in the rectangular loading scheme of 100 m long steel rails on ordinary flatcars at WISCO,providing a certain reference for the safety management of long steel rail shipment.
