铁路口岸站集装箱换装场智能化改造方案研究OA
Research on Intelligent Transformation Plan for Container Transshipment Yard at Railway Port Station
铁路口岸站是联通我国与国外铁路运输的重要枢纽.目前,铁路口岸站普遍存在集装箱换装场智能化程度低、设施设备落后、换装效率不高等问题.通过与铁路95306系统、数字口岸系统等国铁集团统型应用的信息对接共享,充分运用物联网、人工智能等新一代数智技术,研究提出"数智箱场+自动门吊"的铁路口岸站集装箱换装场智能化改造方案,设计了智能口岸站场站大脑,提出了龙门吊自动化远控、数智门检、数字正面吊、无人集卡等实施方案,实现铁路口岸站换装作业的智能化与无人化,可优化铁路口岸站生产流程并减员增效,综合提升联运效能和通关效率.
Railway port stations are important hubs connecting China's railway transportation with foreign countries.At present,container transshipment yards at railway port stations generally have problems such as a low level of intelligence,outdated facilities and equipment,and low transshipment efficiency.By sharing and docking information with unified applications of China State Railway Group such as the railway 95306 system and the digital port system and fully utilizing new-generation digital and intelligent technologies such as the Internet of Things and artificial intelligence,this paper proposed an intelligent transformation plan for the container transshipment yard at railway port station,namely"digital and intelligent yard+automatic gantry crane".Furthermore,this paper designed a yard brain for the intelligent port station and put forward implementation plans for automatic remote control of gantry crane,intelligent gate inspection,digital reach stacker,and unmanned container truck,achieving the intelligence and unmanned operation of transshipment operations at the railway port station.This plan can optimize the production process at the railway port station,reduce staffing and increase efficiency,and comprehensively improve intermodal transport efficiency and customs clearance efficiency.
