为保障铁路超限货物的运输安全,对于限界条件相对较差、桥隧密集的铁路线段,通常会在正式运输前进行检查架模拟运输试验.针对现行检查架的不足,研究提出双向检查架改进思路:一方面从结构设计的角度出发,重新设计检查架结构,使检查架可以双向运行,解决现存问题;另一方面从监测的角度出发,设计出一套适配的监测装置,在检查架发生碰撞时,在远程视频盯控处报警并记录相应信息,使试验结果有据可依.该双向检查架有效扩大了检查架模拟运输试验的使用场景,其灵活、稳定的特点完全可以覆盖现有的试验需求,也可以在最大程度上保障试验结果的可靠.

To ensure the safety of railway out-of-gauge freight transport,inspection frame simulation tests are typically conducted before formal transport on railway sections with relatively poor clearance conditions and a high density of bridges and tunnels.To address the shortcomings of existing inspection frames,this paper proposed improved design ideas for a bidirectional inspection frame:On the one hand,from the perspective of structural design,the inspection frame structure was redesigned to enable bidirectional operation,solving existing problems;on the other hand,from the perspective of monitoring,a compatible monitoring device was designed to trigger an alarm and record relevant information at the remote video monitoring station when the inspection frame collides,making the test results evidence-based.This bidirectional inspection frame effectively expands the application scenarios of inspection frame simulation tests,and its flexible and stable characteristics can fully cover existing test requirements and ensure the reliability of test results to the greatest extent.
