以乌鲁木齐为支点的跨境铁空联运业务优化策略研究OA

Leveraging Urumqi's pivotal role in connecting Eurasia,optimizing multimodal rail and air transport services,and developing cross-border e-commerce cargo import/export products under the"Guangdong-Urumqi Express Line"and cargo charter flight models are key measures to implement the national strategy of building a western-oriented open gateway.This study reviewed existing air-rail intermodal transport operations in Urumqi,summarized the advantages of such services in terms of demand scale,cost efficiency,and timeliness,and identified challenges in transport coordination and industry regulations.It also proposed optimization strategies for rail-air intermodal transport services.These include enhancing freight organization,improving hub service capabilities,upgrading logistics digitalization,strengthening transport-industry integration,and refining supporting documentation services,so as to effectively reduce costs,improve quality,and boost efficiency in transport logistics.
