城市共同配送"最后一公里"成本控制研究OA

This paper focused on the cost control strategies for the"last mile"of urban collaborative distribution and aims to solve the practical problems of high cost and low efficiency in terminal delivery.By analyzing the cost drivers of the traditional distribution mode in resource fragmentation,route redundancy,and negative externalities,this paper elucidated the inherent logic of collaborative distribution in achieving cost reduction and efficiency improvement through terminal resource intensification,process standardization,and data driving.Based on the business and organizational characteristics of collaborative distribution,cost control strategies were proposed from three aspects:terminal node integration,operational route optimization,and information technology empowerment.This paper further discussed the collaborative mode of utilizing the rail transit system and railway station resources to assist urban terminal delivery,providing new ideas for building a green and intensive urban logistics system.
