主要城市建设中欧班列邮件和跨境电商商品运输枢纽能力实证评价OA

Conducting research on the capacity of transport hubs for mail and cross-border e-commerce commodities of China Railway Express is conducive to improving its development quality and efficiency.According to the operation scale of China Railway Express and the launching status of transport operations for mail and cross-border e-commerce commodities,potential hub cities were selected,and a comprehensive score evaluation index system for hub capacity was constructed.Combined with Z-score data standardization and the principal component analysis method,it was calculated that seven cities,including Guangzhou,Chengdu,Chongqing,Jinhua,Zhengzhou,Qingdao,and Xi'an,were suitable for hub construction.Based on the combination of empirical research and qualitative analysis,the research conclusion of establishing a"dual-core and four-secondary"hub pattern was drawn,namely,constructing dual-core hubs in Guangzhou and Chengdu and constructing secondary hubs in Jinhua,Zhengzhou,Qingdao,and Xi'an.Accordingly,relevant measures and suggestions were proposed,and this paper can provide decision-making references for the high-quality development of China Railway Express.
