Research on Application of Digital and Intelligent Technologies in Construction Management for Operational Railway Lines

[目的]在新建铁路项目中,既有线工程和改建铁路的数量不断增加,铁路营业线施工管理逐渐成为项目建设与运营的重点.本文探讨如何设计并构建一个数字化、智能化的营业线施工管理平台,以解决计划审批困难、现场安全管理不足及传统粗放式管理三个问题.[方法]首先,运用矢量图形和图层堆叠技术,智能分析施工计划,识别施工影响范围和计划冲突,实现施工计划的可视化管理;其次,借助多源信息的边缘计算分析和重组融合技术,将现场安全管理从人工监控转变为自动化监控预警,全面监测现场人员、机械及运营铁路的安全状况;最后,以BIM 技术为基础,结合多种专业数据,对施工过程、环境和工法进行三维模拟,达到数字化精细管理的虚拟建造效果.[结果]通过平台的应用,最终实现营业线施工管理的数智化,提高整体施工质量和安全性.[结论]部分研究内容在西安局、成都局及成渝中线的多个项目中得以成功实施与应用,取得显著效果,这些实际应用的有效性为研究奠定坚实可行的基础,也进一步推动营业线施工数智化应用的发展.

[Objective]In the construction of new railway projects,as the number of existing line projects and railway reconstruction projects increases,construction management of existing railway lines is gradually becoming a focus in project development and operation.This study explores how to design and build a digital and intelligent construction management platform for operational railway lines to address three issues:difficulties in plan approval,inadequate on-site safety management,and traditional coarse management practices.[Methods]First,vector graphics and layer stacking technology were used to intelligently analyze construction plans,identify the scope of construction impact and plan conflicts,thereby achieving visualized management of construction plans.Second,with the support of edge computing analysis and restructuring and fusion technologies for multi-source information,on-site safety management was transformed from manual monitoring to automated monitoring and early warning,enabling comprehensive monitoring of the safety conditions of personnel,machinery,and railway operations on site.Finally,based on building information modeling(BIM)technology,and integrating various professional data,three-dimensional simulation of construction process,environment,and methods were conducted to achieve virtual construction for refined digital management.[Results]Through application of this platform,digital and intelligent construction management of operational railway lines was ultimately achieved,thereby improving the overall quality and safety of construction.[Conclusion]Some of the research outcomes have been successfully implemented in multiple projects of the Xi'an Railway Bureau,Chengdu Railway Bureau,and the Chengdu-Chongqing Middle Line,achieving significant results.The effectiveness of these practical applications provides a solid and feasible foundation for this study and further promotes the development of digital and intelligent applications in construction management of operational railway lines.
