基于科教融合和以赛促学人才培养模式的探索与实践OA
Exploration and Practice of Talent Training Model Based on the Integration of Science and Education and Promoting Learning Through Competitions:Taking the Teaching of"Mechanical Principles"Course as an Example
服务办学定位和培养创新人才是高校课程教学的重要目标.以"理论够用、突出实践"为教学特色,依托"机械原理"课程教学对培养创新型、应用型专业人才的教学模式进行探索与实践.将本科生参加学科创新竞赛指导与课程理论教学相融合,强化学生的知识运用和理论转化能力.实践教学表明,新的课程教学模式有效激发了学生的学习兴趣、增强了学生自主学习的内在动力和动手能力,学生的创新意识和实践能力显著提升.
The positioning of service oriented education and the cultivation of innovative talents are important goals of university curriculum teaching.The teaching model of cultivating innovative and application-oriented professional talents has been explored and practiced through the teaching of"Mechanical Principles"course,with the teaching characteristics of sufficient theory and highlighting practice.Through the integration of guiding undergraduate students to participate in discipline innovation competitions and the curriculum theory teaching,the students'know-ledge application and theoretical transformation abilities are strengthened.It is proved that the new curriculum tea-ching mode effectively stimulates students'interest in learning,enhances students'internal motivation for independ-ent learning and practical ability,and significantly improves students'innovation awareness and practical ability.
