为探究沱湖保护区周边农作物-根系土重金属分布特征及富集规律,文本采集了工作区水稻样品8 件、根系土样品8 件,测试分析了样品中As、Cd、Cr、Pb、Hg 等5 种重金属含量及pH 值特征;运用相关性分析、地累积指数法(Igeo)、污染负荷指数法(PLI)、生物富集系数法(BCF)等方法对研究区重金属特征开展评价.结果表明:沱湖保护区周边农田土壤处于弱酸性环境,重金属含量受到人类活动影响,其中根系土中 As、Pb、Hg 均值均超过背景值,但5 种重金属含量均低于风险筛选值.水稻中5 种重金属最大含量均低于污染限量,总体上农作物不存在健康风险.地累积指数表明,研究区根系土中仅 As 存在1 处轻度污染的点位,总体处于清洁状态.污染负荷指数评价表明,研究区根系土中50%的点位处于无污染状态.生物富集系数评价表明,研究区水稻对重金属的吸收富集能力差异显著(BCF 值为0.000 3~0.931 9),其中对Cd 元素吸收富集最强.相关性分析结果表明,水稻中As、Cd、Cr、Hg、Pb与根系土中Pb、As 的来源可能不同,土壤pH 对水稻吸收富集重金属Cd 具有重要影响.本研究结果可为掌握沱湖保护区周边农田重金属赋存状态及污染防治提供数据支撑.

To investigate the distribution characteristics and enrichment patterns of heavy metals in rice and root soils around Tuo Lake Nature Reserve,this article collected 8 rice samples and 8 root soil samples from the work area,and tested and analyzed the content and pH characteristics of 5 heavy metals including As,Cd,Cr,Pb,Hg in the samples;the characteristics of heavy metals in the study area were evaluated by using methods such as correla-tion analysis,ground accumulation index(Igeo),pollution load index(PLI),and biological enrichment coefficient method(BCF).The research results indicate that:The farmland soil around Tu Lake Nature Reserve is in a weakly acidic environment,and the heavy metal content is affected by human activities.The average values of As,Pb,and Hg in the root soil exceed the background values,but the content of all five heavy metals are below the risk screen-ing values.The maximum content of five heavy metals in rice is below the pollution limit,indicating that there is no overall health risk to the crops.The ground accumulation index indicates that there is only one mildly polluted point of As in the root soil of the study area,and it is generally in a clean state.The pollution load index indicates that 50%of the root soil in the study area is in a non-polluted state.The iological enrichment coefficient evaluation shows that there is a significant difference in the absorption and enrichment ability of heavy metals by rice in the study area(The BCF value is 0.000 3~0.931 9),with the strongest absorption and enrichment of Cd element.The correlation analysis results indicate that the sources of As,Cd,Cr,Hg,and Pb in rice may be different from those in root soil,and soil pH has a significant impact on the absorption and enrichment of heavy metal Cd by rice.The re-sults of this study can provide data support for understanding the occurrence status of heavy metals in farmland a-round Tuo Lake Nature Reserve and pollution prevention and control.
