朝鲜淫羊藿不同部位化学成分及其与抗氧化活性相关性研究OA
Study on chemical constituents in different parts of Epimedium koreanum Nakai and their cor-relation with antioxidant activity
目的 对朝鲜淫羊藿不同部位7种黄酮类成分及总黄酮含量进行测定,并探究朝鲜淫羊藿不同部位抗氧化活性,为朝鲜淫羊藿质量控制、资源利用提供参考依据.方法 采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)对朝鲜淫羊藿叶片、叶柄、叶轴、茎中7种黄酮类成分进行测定并通过化学计量学分析朝鲜淫羊藿不同部位之间的差异;采用紫外-可见分光光度法测定朝鲜淫羊藿不同部位总黄酮含量;通过测定1,1-二苯基-2-苦基肼(DPPH)自由基、羟基自由基、超氧阴离子自由基的清除率来评价朝鲜淫羊藿不同部位的抗氧化活性.结果 朝鲜淫羊藿不同部位7种黄酮类成分含量之和高低顺序为:叶片>叶柄>叶轴>茎;在不同部位中叶片的7种黄酮类成分、总黄酮含量及抗氧化活性均高于叶柄、叶轴、茎.结论 该研究对朝鲜淫羊藿不同部位成分及抗氧化活性进行分析,发现朝鲜淫羊藿叶片中7种黄酮类成分、总黄酮含量及抗氧化活性均高于叶柄、叶轴、茎,为朝鲜淫羊藿质量控制、资源利用提供依据.
Objective To determine the contents of seven flavonoid constituents and total flavonoids in different parts of Epimedium koreanum Nakai and to investigate their antioxidant activity,so as to provide references for quality control and resource utilization.Meth-ods The seven flavonoid constituents in the leaves,petioles,rachises,and stems of Epimedium koreanum were quantified using high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).Differences among plant parts were analyzed via chemometrics.Total flavonoid content was determined by UV-Vis spectrophotometry.Antioxidant activity was evaluated by measuring the scavenging rates against 1,1-diphe-nyl-2-picrylhydrazyl(DPPH)radicals,hydroxyl radicals,and superoxide anion radicals.Results The total content of the seven flavo-noids in different parts ranked in the following order:leaves>petioles>rachises>stems.The leaf samples exhibited significantly higher levels of the seven specific flavonoids,total flavonoids,and antioxidant activity compared to the petiole,rachis,and stem samples.Conclusion This study revealed that the leaves of Epimedium koreanum possess superior levels of the analyzed flavonoids,total flavonoids,and antioxidant activity compared to its petioles,rachises,and stems.These findings provide a basis for the quality control and resource utilization of this medicinal plant.
